Our Sourdough Mini Boule makes a beautiful, delicious, one-dish breakfast!
1 Sourdough Mini Boule
1 or 2 Eggs
1 tbs. Cream
Slice of Ham
Salt and Pepper
Parmesan Shavings or Shredded Cheese
1 tsp. of chopped herbs such as Parsley, Chives, Tarragon.
Pre-heat oven to 350°. Trim top of Sourdough Boule, cut out crumb leaving a thick ‘wall’ of crust on all sides.
Line the Sourdough Mini Boule with a slice of ham.
Crack egg or eggs directly into the boule.Top eggs with the tbsp. of cream for a creamier egg boule.
Season with salt, pepper. Top with Parmesan shavings and chopped, fresh herbs.
Place Boule on baking sheet, setting top to the side to toast as well.
Bake in pre-heated oven for 12-15 minutes until eggs are set and boule is baked.
Remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes. Garnish with diced tomato or bell pepper.
Place top on boule or off to the side, serve.
