Cookie Pie Crust
Ingredients:
Nine 2 oz day-old cookies
Directions:
1. Break cookies into chunks.
2. Re-bake at 200°F for an hour.
3. Allow chunks to cool, then crush them and add 3 tablespoons of melted clarified unsalted butter.
4. Press into a mold and you’re ready to add your filling. Bake pie as needed.
