Stuffed Croissants
Ingredients:
4 Croissants split lengthwise
1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup crabmeat, flaked
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/3 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
4 green onions chopped
Seasoned bread crumbs
Directions:
Place the croissant halves on a parchment lined sheet pan.
Mix the next 6 ingredients in a bowl, then spread on the croissant halves.
Top croissants with seasoned breadcrumbs.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
Best served warm.
